I'm guessing you signed him in the 17-18 season? I don't think we've had a case like this before, but we have no precedent for the clock stopping on a contract because he doesn't play in the NHL. So I would put him at RFA.

Just looking at this and seeing that Cashin signed Tristan Jarry to an ELC last season. I see that he was drafted by you, Sutter. Did he get traded at some point and maybe you forgot to remove him from your prospects? It's hard to know without the board history.

Sutter/Cashin if you could clarify that would be great.
