Cool Tunes, Cool Buds: An All-Sublime Music Thread
This record rips and the opening guitar part sounds like Big Black (I'm curious how Bandcamp embedded goes)

Hell yeah
It's way better than I expected! Didn't see the surprise drop coming, either

Yeah just finished my first listen and it's great. Pretty sludgey for them in my opinion but it sounds awesome.

Might go down to the Loose Cobra tomorrow to see what Matt has to say about it haha.

Ha amazing. One of oldest/best friends who lives far away and never see anymore (pre-quarantimes) remains a huge HUM fan. I sent this to him immediately, waiting anxiously for him reaction!

Bringing people together
Fun facts: If not for getting into Hum in high school, I wouldn't have checked out the University of Illinois, let alone considered going there. When I got there, I was hanging out with a friend from the Hum Mailing List and met Frau Artillery, who lived on her floor. Said friend was the Maid of Honor at our wedding, the best man was my friend Jon, who I met through running the Castor web site (and I absolutely would not have learned about Castor without Hum / Parasol Mail Order).

If the best man at your wedding doesn’t like Hum, are you even legally married?
Re: Cool Tunes, Cool Buds: An All-Sublime Music Thread
Matt's love of stoner metal and lots of shows he had at the cobra in the last year definitely coming through on this.

I've listened to this new Constantines song so many times
If/when the world returns to normal at some point and they play another show somewhere in Ontario, I'm going to attend!
