How many copies of the TMNT movie on VHS do you think sold in the US? A billion?
Here's a list:

I had most of the early ones. Really sad that I missed out on "The Four Musketurles" and "The Turtles' Awesome Easter".

It's not Easter if the TMNT aren't involved

I never saw TMNT 3 and have the vaguest memory of seeing D3: The Mighty Ducks at some point. The timetable for entirely aging out of that bracket and into Clerks / Mallrats was pretty short.
They time travel to feudal Japan to fight a British guy. Meanwhile, four Japanese samurai travel to the turtles' present and Casey Jones (Elias Koteas!) teaches them how to play hockey.

In D3, they go to a non-Shattuck St. Mary Minnesota prep school and learn how to play sound defensive hockey.

I read through the plot summary of D3 and it sounded like Ken Hitchcock Academy, I can definitely picture Jeffrey Nordling as the coach so I think I've seen it.

Oh man, the Neutrinos. They were greaser/pacifist teens from Dimension X.

Oh man amazing thread. I definitely had rapping Mikey and flasher Don. I had the party van too which was amazing. I think we had 2 cartoon VHS's and they each had 2 episodes on them, so I watched those 4 episodes a thousand times. One was definitely the Neutrinos one. Kind of a melancholy ending to that one iirc.

I realized how spoiled I was when I was a kid - I also had the Ghostbusters fire hall playset. That couldn't have been cheap.

But what really woke me up was being in a DQ and seeing how expensive DQ ice cream cakes are. I had one for every birthday and probably would have thrown a tantrum if I didn't get one. I thanked my parents after seeing that.

It came with slime that poured from the roof to the main floor, I think that lasted about one night before they took the slime away.

I pined after the Turtle Van but never got it. I think video games took over for bigger presents around then. The figures were cheap, at least.

The things I was most into as a kid were Lego and Transformers, but I also had a bunch of GI Joe figures. One Christmas I found my big Santa present (which was the GI Joe hovercraft) in the back of our station wagon and got a smaller Transformer from Santa.

I knew one guy who had the GI Joe Flagg Aircraft Carrier, which was the true status symbol for Real 80s Kids. It seemed impossibly large.

I fully recognize that my parents, my dad especially, spoiled me, and I think I understood / appreciated that at the time. I fondly remember him getting little off-brand Transformers for me on his way home from work. I like doing that sort of thing for my kids but it's tough because very little nowadays is as inexpensive as baseball cards or comics were back then.

I remember the TMNT slime being particularly gross and my mom putting an end to it very quickly.

Was this the van that shot the pizzas out as a weapon? Because my kindergarten/grade 1 best friend had that one and it was the absolute best.

TMNT hit when I was in third grade and it was huge, my friends and I had a Turtle Club (there were other Turtle Clubs in our class) and I ended up getting my second choice of Michelangelo (I wanted Donatello).

Rival Turtle Clubs in the same class? Donatello was my favorite.

That G.I. Joe aircraft carrier looks ridiculous. I had this G.I. Joe base:
