Vancouver has traded Kiefer Sherwood to San Jose for a 2026 2nd round pick, a 2027 2nd round pick and Cole Clayton.

Surprised they didn’t get a first, given the market. Two 2nds isn’t terrible, but my concern is what his ask is going to be on an extension.

I saw Rangers fans thinking they’d get Kasper, Soderblom, and two firsts for Panarin, arguing that he’s easily worth as much as Quinn Hughes, and then saying that Soderblom should be upgraded to Finnie.

Even if they win the lottery this year I don't think they have a quick turnaround. Boeser has been terrible after they gave him that big contract. Chytil has played six games. If they can move EP40's contract I think they have to, even with a weak return.
