my girlfriend and i have had a trip to edmonton booked june 20 for family for months. when we booked i was like "imagine if we were there for the finals... haha... i'll book the jw marriott at the moss pit just in case"
now here we are with game 7 scheduled the day of our arrival. she went to edmonton as a kid but has never been as an adult and i for one hope to god that the oilers win in 7 while we're there.
got provisional flights booked for game 5 too. the oilers are going to take it this year, i feel it

so captain's gf's introduction to Edmonton will be going to a SCF game
depending on her personality she will be either A) immediately house hunting for a place to live here or B) never coming back in her life, not for a billion dollars
