Former Ranger Ron Duguay died and I didn’t anticipate the name in the middle of this paragraph
The news was announced in a post on X from his girlfriend, former Alaska governor and 2008 Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin, who wrote that Duguay “passed away peacefully after a hard fought battle with cancer.” Duguay was reportedly diagnosed with colon cancer in late 2024.

Scoreboard does seem to indicate this but was actually a close game, 2 EN goals, SNES were fine minus nobody on the team can hit the fucking net.

I thought it was the best the SNES have looked all season, minus a 3 minute stretch of mistakes in the 2nd. They totally dominated zone and possession time (eye test only).

I mean... Ersson was fine? It was his least bad game so far. This guy needs to get a win (or even a point) to start gaining some momentum. Not like Johansson doesn't also suck.

Mercer, Command, Silayev were the pieces I was looking at in a NJD Larkin trade, which seems a whole lot less likely now.

If memory serves the Devils would have to move out more cap than that
I assumed Jack Quinn would be the Sabre going back if that trade had happened, but he’s leading them in scoring so far.
