Perron to wings for a conditional 4th. He’s much better than Foegele? Maybe SNES are setting up a trade for tomorrow

I'll take that for sure. He's good in the room and still almost impossible to knock off the puck along the boards.

I'd definitely rather have Perron than Foegele

I love when other teams do things I was afraid Yzerman might

Someone trade for Ristolainen, stat.

At this point I'd like either Justin Faulk or Dougie Hamilton.

Garland went for less than I expected. 2nd and 3rd to Beej. He definitely seems like their type of player, too.

Pierre LeBrun floated John Carlson getting traded but I'm a little surprised it actually happened. I assume Cole Huston comes in once BU's season is over.

I’m glad the JERTS decided to trade Stanley. Was worried they’d become enamoured by his career year and his fighting and his good guy vibes and ignore the years of less than stellar D play and sign him long-term.

And Schenn… see ya.

In somewhat related news, they beat the Lightning handedly last night with 3 Dmen with less than 60 games experience.

Well was nice knowing you Jiricek. Approaching bust territory?

Good move to bail on him now, Brink’s a good third line guy

Guess you could say that Jiriceks on the ‘brink’ of being a bust?

Anyways not a bad move but woof all they gave up for Jiricek in the first place

The following trade proposal comes courtesy of subscriber Michael F. with New Jersey Devils reporter Peter Baugh and St. Louis Blues reporter Jeremy Rutherford sharing their perspectives:

Devils receive: Robert Thomas
Blues receive: Simon Nemec, Maxim Tsyplakov and a 2026 2nd round pick
I like Nemec and all but this is delusional, especially since they waived Tsyplakov

I was really hoping the big names would go before a camera is in my colon, but instead I get these guys:

[BOS/PHI] Massimo Rizzo and Alexis Gendron for Brett Harrison and Jackson Edward

Darren Dreger says Steve Yzerman is considering some big names on the defense side. Interest in Risto and OEL. Minor interest in Faulk. Right now it's sticker shock. Doesn't know if they are done up front, but the interest is in the back end right now.
Same, Steve

OEL > Risto for sure, surprised he's not higher on Faulk

My gut on OEL is that Treliving wants 1st + good prospect + mid-round pick but if it comes down to getting another first or keeping him, they'll accept another first
