I finally quit renewing my Athletic subscription. Just very little of interest to me lately other than the usual prospect rankings, etc.

Bultman / Pronman / Wheeler are enough for me but Detroit has better coverage than a lot of teams.

Habs fans are too committed to dragging Pronman for underrating Hutson to ever quit.

I got rid of it and then NYT gave me a super cheap cooking/games/athletic subscription, I think it's $2 a month or something absurd - so I kept it around

best thing to do is go ahead and cancel and see what offer they give you

Thanks for flagging this; I took a look and saw I'd been hit with my annual $40 charge each February even though we've got a family NYT account. I've cancelled the Athletic billing and all seems fine with just the NYT access

I was double paying briefly and they actually refunded me on part of my subscription that was doubled so it doesn't hurt to ask
