God I hope the Danielson line earns more ice tonight, somehow. Maybe if they go up 4-1 Todd will fall asleep

Did you catch when they had Jesse Compher at the desk with Daniella talking about the PWHL season?
She made a comment that if she calls JT and he doesn't answer, she calls Copp. Even she thinks they're the same guy.

I didn’t see that but it’s a good bit
I think a lot about how Copp was the starting QB for the Ann Arbor high school that my daughter now attends. Their football team suuuuuuuucks. It’s a moral victory when the mercy rule hasn’t kicked in my halftime (they start a running clock if they’re down 35).

Remember this summer when it seemed like they could get EP40 for peanuts if they took his cap hit

It doesn't feel that long since the Canucks were reasonably good.
Trading Quinn Hughes and JT Miller, having your starting goaltender turn into sawdust, and messing up any number of other moves will do that.
Basically it's hard to feel too good about being up 4-1 and holding the Canucks to five shots through two periods when the Wings could very well teeter into being the Canucks.
