The only teams who seem legitimately bad due to points are St. Louis (who'll probably just be middle-bad once guys get healthy) and Calgary (who are bad-bad).
PNES should fall off at some point. Sharks, as I mentioned in the Wings thread, have some exciting guys up top, but the lack of depth is glaring.
I thought about it this way: if you do manage to make the playoffs in the East, no one is good enough to be scared of.
