He's a former second round D, tenth on Wheeler's most recent prospect list for the Stars. Seems like a good defender with very limited offensive upside. Not huge.

The Devils getting in on it is interesting, they have plenty of LTIR space with Hamilton out so why not. I don't think a fourth is going to do much in terms of them getting a real goalie, though.
